I recently purchased a computer from dell with windows vista installed. Well it completely sucks and I hate it. I bought a windows XP disk, so what do I have to do to install it? Or can I?

I have only one partition of 80 gb on which windows xp (sp2) is installed. Now i want to create another partition from this hard disk but the Partition Magic does not allow to split partition containing winows xp. Is there any another way to split the partition containing windows XP please…….Thanks in advance

i am planning on buying a kodak easyshare C513 digital camera. it says that it needs windows xp or higher. i only have windows 2000. does that mean i cant upload my photos to my computer? is there some other free software i can download online that will allow me to upload my photos? also does that mean i wont be able to charge my camera in the dock using the usb? please help! need to know how to do this using a windows 2000. thanks alot!

hey I i have a windows xp disc and i want to install windows xp on my laptop which has vista on it, so when i try to install i get some wired error. So if anyone could give me a step by step guide or something like that. BTW i have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop.

I need to reinstall my Windows xp from my xp upgrade disk and I cannot locate my old Win 98 or Win 95 cd’s. Is there a certain file that I need that when XP says I need to show a previous version of windows, do I need the entire CD or just a file off that cd? Thanks for any help.

I own the re-installation Windows XP disks for my Dell laptop, but I understand that these are only for re-installation on a Dell and I want the original Windows XP disks. I have been told that I should be able to get them from Dell.
