What is the simplest way to reload Windows Xp with all your drivers intact?

I want to still get on the internet, and have all my drivers yet no software. This is for a dedicated server computer so I want it to be clean. Can Windows XP do this with a restore point, or a reload etc?

Is there a way I can view the administrators password on Windows XP not delete it or reset it? I know methods to change it or remove it I just want to see it. Fell free to give me safe programs or methods to solve.
